PerkSpot partners with Holistic, a DEI Consulting Firm that uses a two-part, data-fueled approach to fully understand the current landscape at a company, make immediate and long-term changes, and show tangible, lasting improvement that benefits the company for years. As part of our partnership, Holistic conducted a full holistic analysis of our current state. Below are our results that we actively use as a roadmap to improve upon and identify problem areas that need addressing.
